Pagico is a personal data and information manager. It has been designed to help you organize your home and office contacts, important data, to help you keep a to-do list, etc.

At a first glance, this application appears to be a little bit hard to configure and use. That's why the producers included a bunch of comprehensive tutorials that can take you through every step of configuring and using the software.

With the help of this program you can organize your work into projects containing description, related files (documents, images, presentations, etc.) people taking part in the project and activities related to the project. Projects can be added as topics in order to be modified with the latest changes, so that you can have a clear overall images of what going on.

You can also manage tasks and relations with Pagico. You can create to-do lists and edit them as well as setting up profiles for your contacts and manage tasks or any other activity related to them. The program proved to be very useful for managing your schedule, as it can export "iCal" standard data, in case you have this application installed.

Other nice features of this program are the 'Sticky Notes' feature (you can create as many as you want to) and the integrated search engine which will help you in quickly finding contacts or projects in case you work in a very busy environment. Projects (topics) can be printed out or exported to ZIP archives containing HTML files. There's a template database you can use in order to customize your presentations.
